Refund policy

All sales are final; returns are not accepted under any circumstances. We gladly exchange your apparel for another item within 3 days of confirmation of delivery. This will give the buyer enough time to analyze their purchase. If you would like to exchange an item(s), please contact us at: sales@knockoutdiabetes.com

Exchanges will not be accepted on merchandise that has been altered, laundered or modified in any way. All damaged or incorrect items will need to be sent back to Knockout Diabetes for a credit. Knockout Diabetes will send a prepaid shipping label to the Customer for the damaged or incorrect item to be sent back to Knockout Diabetes.
